Spencer High School seniors took part in Baccalaureate services held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Sunday evening. The service, which was conducted primarily by the student body, featured a message from middle school teacher and coach Wilson Hookfin who encouraged each one of the soon-to-be-graduates to make sure that among the many things they do as they move forward in life, that they make time to build a relationship with Jesus Christ. Hookfin shared that nothing in life is as rewarding without it. In addition to scripture readings and prayer, the evening included performances by the Chromatic Jazz singers, the Saxophone Sextet, and the Senior Choir. The evening also included a special video featuring this year's senior class.
