* Jaykie Harrington, 18, Spencer, was charged with two counts of assault and Robert Clopton 18, Spencer was charged with interference with official acts at 7:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block Sixth Avenue West. They were both processed and turned over to the Clay County Jailer.

* Derik Thomas, 22, Hartley, was taken in on an O'Brien County warrant at 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 1500 block of South Grand Plaza Drive. He was processed and turned over to the Clay County Jailer.

* Venancio Cano Garcia, 48, Spencer, was arrested on Buena Vista County warrant at 12:53 p.m. Wednesday at his residence. He was processed and turned over to the Clay County Jailer.

* Felipe Briones-Diaz, 28, Spencer, was charged with driving while barred at 10:45 p.m. Thursday in the 4600 block of Highway 71. He was also charged with driving on a revoked license, no proof of insurance and excessive speed. He was released on bond.

INCIDENTS

* Approximately $300 damage was done to three tires on a vehicle parked in the 1200 Block of McNaughton Way. Police received the report at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday.

* A window sustained approximately $50 damage on a building in the 600 block of East Milwaukee. Damage was reported at 9:57 a.m. Wednesday.

* Approximately $355 damage was done to four tires on a vehicle parked in the 1700 block of West 18th Street. Damage was reported at 7:34 a.m. Wednesday.

* Approximately $200 damage was done to tires on a vehicle that was parked in the 400 block of West Ninth Street. The damage was reported 6:30 a.m. Wednesday.
