Amanda Grell and Sean Mairet

Amanda Estella Grell, daughter of Steve and Kim Grell, is engaged to be married to Sean Andrew Mairet, son of Steve and Sue Mairet of Woodstock, Ill.

Amanda is a 2002 Spencer graduate and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2006 with a Business Finance degree. She is working in Bettendorf, for The National Bank as a commercial analyst.

Sean is a graduate from the University of Iowa where he earned a degree as a mechanical engineer and works in Moline, Ill. for Williams & Whyte.

The couple is planning a June 7, 2008, wedding at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer. A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony at the Clay County Regional Events Center.
