Tim Birkey of Athletic Enhancement will be on hand from 7:30-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20 at Spencer High School to address all Spencer athletes (male and female) in grades 9-12 about the summer athletic enhancement program that is being offered for the purpose of improving athletes strength, speed and agility. Birkey will also speak on nutrition and injury prevention. Athletes interested in participating in the summer strength and conditioning program should plan to attend. Registration for the program will also take place on the 20th.
