* Sometime between November 2007 and April 2008, someone pried open a padlock to a building and entered the building. About $300 in property was taken. Deputies received the report on April 26. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Clay County Sheriff's Office.

ARRESTS

* Michael Thomas Dickson, 46, Spencer, was charged with operating while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and no seat belts at 9:59 p.m. Sunday, April 27, in the 300 block of First Avenue East. Dickson was arrested and held in jail to appear before a magistrate.
