Funeral services for Adam Lowell Woodbury, 30, will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, March 7, 2008, at First Presbyterian Church of Spirit Lake. Rev. Clint Loveall will officiate the service.

Interment will take place at Lakeview Gardens of Spirit Lake.

Adam passed away Saturday, March 3, 2008.

Adam Lowell Woodbury was born Aug. 12, 1979, in Brookings, S.D., the son of Lowell and Wanda (Hieronimus) Woodbury. Adam grew up in Volga, S.D., where he attended Sioux Valley Elementary and High School. He graduated as an honor student in 1998. After graduation, he attended South Dakota State University receiving a BA in Microbiology and a minor in Business, graduating in May, 2003. After graduation, Adam moved to Orange City, where he became a line superintendent for Advance Brand Foods. Shortly after this move, he married Sarah Everding on May 28, 2005, at Gull Point State Park. Sarah is a graduate from Brookings High School and South Dakota State University.

In November of 2007, Adam and Sarah moved to Terril, where Adam began working with his dad doing construction at Woodbury Construction.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Loren Woodbury.

Adam is survived by his wife, Sarah Woodbury; parents, Lowell and Wanda Woodbury; sister, Stacy Sahr and her husband, Paul; three grandchildren; and grandparents: Roger and Dorothy Hieronimus and Rosie Woodbury.
