Morgen and Justin Anderson

Morgen Groeneweg and Justin Anderson were united in marriage July 7, 2007 at the Carmel Reformed Church in Carmel, with Pastor James Sinke officiating. A dinner and dance reception was held at the Top of the Cue following the ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Bob and Cherie Groeneweg and Steve and Sandi Anderson. Grandparents of the bride are Arnie and Jan Post and Walter and Alta Groeneweg. Grandparents of the groom are Marinus and Jennie Maassen and Stan and Joan Anderson.

Kelcie and Erin Groeneweg of Rock Valley, sisters of the bride, served as maids of honor. Bridesmaids were Miranda Groeneweg of Rock Valley, cousin of the bride, and Janae Van Maanen of Doon, sister-in-law of the bride. Avery Van Maanen, niece of the couple, served as the flower girl.

Jason Anderson of Louieville, Kent., brother of the groom, served as best man. The groomsmen were Dave McDyer of Sibley, friend of the groom, Jeff Hoogendoorn of Canton, S.D., friend of the groom, and Brian Van Maanen of Doon, brother-in-law of the groom. Kaleb Van Maanen served as the ring bearer.

The couple resides in Hartley, where Morgen works as a graphic/web designer for The Daily Reporter in Spencer, and Justin works as a powerlineman for the City of Hartley.
