Betty M. Duke, 82, of Waverly, Neb., formerly of Seward, Neb. and Indianola, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007.

There will be no visitation and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Betty was born Dec. 11, 1924, at Milford, to Cephus and Zaida (Collins) Livingston. She was a homemaker; united in marriage to Robert Louis Duke on May 15, 1945, in Bridgeport, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cephus and Zaida Livingston; husband, Robert; and brothers and sisters.

Betty is survived by her children; Don and Donella Duke, Indianola, Sue and Bill Kahler, Slayton, Minn., Robin and David Nore, Hickman, Neb., Karla Gregory, Kasson, Minn., and Kevin Duke, Kasson, Minn.; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Memorials in Betty's honor may be of the donor's choice in care of the family to Wood-Zabka Funeral Home, 410 Jackson Ave. Seward, NE 68434.
