Michelle Schurg and Michael Kerschner

Michelle Schurg and Michael Kerschner, both from Emmetsburg, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Michelle is the daughter of David Schurg from Ruthven. Michael is the son of Joel and Beth Holland from Terril, and Lloyd and Laurie Kerschner of Benton, Penn. Michelle is a 2003 graduate of Ruthven-Ayrshire High School. She is currently a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lakeside Lutheran Home is Emmetsburg.

Michael is a 2002 graduate of Terril High School. He is currently the Assistant Manager at Godfather's Pizza in Algona.

The couple will be married on Aug. 25 at Oneota Park in Spencer.
