Tate Robert Carter, son of Joseph and Lisa Carter of Emmetsburg, was born May 14, 2007. He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Grandparents are: Robert and Deborah Jostand of Graettinger; Tom and Connie Duffy of Dunkerton; and Juanita Nissen of Estherville.

Tate was welcomed home by big sister, Lindsay and big brother, Lucas.
