His 1998 Ford truck struck an approaching 2007 Honda driven by Kelli Jo Hagedorn, 25, Spirit Lake. The Honda sustained $1,200 damage. The truck sustained $100 damage.

* Amy Ann English was cited for unsafe backing following a two-car crash at 2:40 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of East 10th Street. She was pulling her 2001 Chrysler van out of a driveway when it rolled into the path of a 1996 GMC mini-van driven by Lori J. Damman, 44, Spencer. No damage to the van was reported. The mini-van sustained $1,000 damage.

* Richard Owen Kliegl, 62, Peterson, was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway and Earl LeRoy Henderson, 40, Havelock, was cited for no proof of insurance following a two-car crash at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, near Eighth Street Southwest and Grand Avenue. Kliegl was pulling out from a stop sign in a 1994 Chrysler when it was hit by a 1990 Oldsmobile Delta driven by Henderson. His vehicle sustained $1,500 damage. Kliegl's car sustained $1,000 damage.
