Tuel, Kenny will wed in May

Charles and Vicky Tuel of Spencer are pleased to announce the engagement of

their daughter Sheila Lee Tuel and Brandon John Kenny. They are planning a

May 12, 2007 wedding.

Sheila is a 1999 graduate of Spencer High School and received her Bachelor's

Degree in Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minn. in

2003. She is an environmental specialist for the Iowa Department of Natural

Resources.

Brandon is the son of Tom and Patty Kenny of Ruthven. He is a 1993 graduate

of Ruthven-Ayrshire High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business

Administration and Finance from Northwestern College in Orange City in 1997.

Brandon is an electronics manager at Nielsen Tire and Appliance Store in

Spencer.
