Shannon Goeken and Sheldon Schipper

Richard and Rita Goeken of Everly are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Shannon Goeken to Sheldon Schipper of Sioux Falls, S.D. He is the son of Clayton and LeAnne Schipper of Flandreau, S.D.

Shannon is a 1977 graduate of Clay Central/Everly High School and a 2001 Finance Degree graduate from Iowa State University. The bride-to-be is Project Manager for Dakotronics, Inc. in Brookings, S.D.

Sheldon is a 1991 graduate from Washington High School in Sioux Falls. He served four years in the Marine Corps and has recently completed his Finance Degree from Colorado Technical University in Sioux Falls. He is presently working for Panama Transfer.

The couple is planning a July 14 wedding at Hope Lutheran Church in Everly and will be making their home in Sioux Falls, S.D.
