Grand Meander cancelled, toy giveaway still on

BREAKING -- Grand Meander cancelled due to cold; however, since the Dream Center toy giveaway is an indoor activity it will go on as scheduled from 5:30-8 p.m. All child coming for a toy must be accompanied by an adult.
