Iowah clears first hurdle

Hensall Condiments Corp., operating as Iowah Chicken Bouillon, and its owner, California businessman Quan Phu, cleared the first hurdle with regard to opening a 150,000-square-foot food processing plant in Spencer's Green Industrial Park. Those present on the Spencer Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the establishment of a new Major Food Processing classification and change of zoning recommendation which will be forwarded to the Spencer City Council for further action...
