South Clay reduced to dust (Local News ~ 03/15/11)
Crews work Monday afternoon to demolish the South Clay school building in Gillett Grove. The school district dissolved following the 2009-10 school year. Nira Rusk, who taught at the school for 22 years, watched and took photos of the proceedings with her husband Bob and daughter Melanie Lekwa. "It's hard to watch, but I wouldn't want it to go without being here," she said.
