Shortly before 1 p.m., Wednesday, a vehicle stop landed Milton Carlton, 35 and John Cole, 36 in the Clay County Jail. At 12:46 p.m., a Clay County deputy made a traffic stop in the 600 block of Grand Ave in Spencer , on a 1995 Ford Mustang, driven by Carlton of Spencer.
